Welcome to the Serrano Society!
Your membership and club privileges begin immediately with the purchase of your first allocation. Your credit card will be billed automatically prior to each shipment. The approximate cost for each shipment will reflect the wine club level you select. Wines will be shipped via UPS and will require a signature of someone with at least 21 years of age. Wines may not be shipped to states where prohibited by law and based on our licensing. You may cancel your membership after a minimum of 2 club shipments. You may cancel your membership at any time after receiving your minimum required shipments, by emailing garretts@serranowine.com. Cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the next wine club shipment.
PRIVACY We do not share your personal information with anyone. All information stored is encrypted. If you have any questions please contact us.
SHIPPING Wine is a perishable commodity and does not like extreme temperature changes. We will only ship when weather allows. If you choose to ship outside of our normal shipping windows, Serrano Wine is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier, responsibility for the wine is that of the purchaser. If your shipment needs to be rerouted or is returned, fees apply, as specified by the carrier, and will be charged to the card on your account.
RETURNED SHIPMENTS You will receive multiple reminders when your order is being prepared to ship and have plenty of time to make adjustments. Once the shipment leaves our facility the purchaser is responsible for the shipment including but not limited to rerouting and accepting the package. If the shipment gets returned to us, the wine goes back into our inventory. We cannot guarantee it will be available at a later date. Responsibility of payment of reshipment falls on the purchaser. If you need to reroute your shipment and you do not inform us before shipment, a fees apply as determined by our fulfillment warehouse.
AUTO RENEWAL AUTOMATIC ALLOCATION TERMS Upon joining our wine club, you are agreeing to your credit card being automatically charged two times per year during the fall and spring release. We ask that you take the current shipment upon joining the club, or an equivalent order.
